These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the F&S Towing website and the towing, roadside assistance, and vehicle recovery services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by F&S Towing (“F&S Towing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Mesa, Arizona. By using this website or requesting our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
F&S Towing provides light-, medium-, and specialty-duty towing, jump starts, lockout assistance, fuel delivery, tire changes, accident recovery, and related roadside services throughout the state of Arizona. Service availability, response times, and pricing may vary based on location, road conditions, vehicle type, and demand. Estimated arrival times are not guarantees.
2. Requesting Service
Service requests are accepted primarily by telephone at (602) 882-9925. When you request Service, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to request towing or roadside assistance for it, and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Payment
You agree to pay all charges for Services rendered at the rates quoted at the time of dispatch or as otherwise disclosed to you. Additional fees may apply for after-hours service, extended distances, waiting time, or specialized equipment. Storage fees may apply to vehicles held at our facility.
4. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Towing and recovery involve inherent risks. While our team exercises reasonable care in handling every vehicle, to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, F&S Towing is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical conditions, or personal property left in a vehicle. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

This website is provided for general informational purposes only. Its content does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
